Just completed a round at Bartley Cavanaugh Golf Course, a municipal course about 15 minutes south of Sacramento. The course is well maintained, except for some bare spots in some fairways. The only negative is there is no Driving Range, only a net for hitting balls into. Not enough for me to get a good warm-up. The course is forgiving, but some some holes presents a challenge, especially the 17th hole, a Par 3 Island green. The clubhouse and pro shop is combined. The cart are a little old , but will get around the course with no problems. Only saw a Marshall once, and no snack cart available, on this monday. THis course is part of the Sacramento City owned courses, which includ Haggins Oak, Bing Maloney, and Willain Land Park.

This is one well managed and maintained courses in Northern California. When you drop your golf bag off, you are greeted by a smiling face and a good morning greeting. Your golf bag is transported to your cart, which is waiting for you after your check-in and pay for your round. The driving range is one of the best ever. Balls are perfecting stacked and restacked, if necessary. The Driving range is a great place to practice what you will encounter on the course. The first hole is elevated and provide you with a scenery unmatched y any course. From there, the course present you with some challenging situations, requiring you to concentrate and commitment on every shot. Even if you have a bad round, playing this course is awesome. Everything is first class.

Wildhorse Golf Course is a very pleasant course. The staff were very friendly, and provided excellent service. The Pro Shop is small because of renovation being made to enlarge the clubhouse. The course is not overly difficult, but it does provide ample chances good golf, and rewards you with excellent chances to make good shots. The bunker were average, the fairways above average, and the greens were rolling smooth.

I played the Las Vegas Paiute Golf Resort (Wolf) on Tuesday, June 15, 2015. Tee time was 8:30am. The customer service from the Bag Drop, Pro Shop, Snack Bar, and starter was excellent. Any questions was answer with a smile. The course was design by Pete Dye, so it was challenging. As long as you were not too aggressive, you should score good. Each hole present a difference set of challenges, and they are beautiful. Adequate supply of water is available every three holes, and the Cart girl makes adequate rounds throughout the golf round. At the end of your round, your clubs are cleaned and stage at Bag Drop fro pickup. This is an awesome place to place golf.

This course is always in good shape. The greens are excellent for this time of the year. The fairways are well taken care of. The only negative aspects to this course were the bunker. The sand was hard and dry. This clubhouse is beautiful and the restaurant provide superb food. The Pro Shop staff were friendly and well-stocked.

I played this course on June 21, 2013. Upon arrival the staff was friendly and welcome me with their professionalism and courtesy. The course was in excellent shape, fast greens and well manicured fairways. This course was formally used by LPGA. The practice area include driving range, putting greens and a large chipping area. The course is challenging, requiring accuracy, rather than long hitting. I recommend this course to anyone desiring to be challenge. This is a semi-private course, which allow non-member to pay during designated times.

Played on September 30,2012 at 9am. The wind was almost non-existent, which was very good. The golf course is fairly open, rough offered little resistant. The greens are the jewel of this course. Very well maintained and fast. Several holes are simply beautiful. I recommend this course anytime. The pro shop is small, but well stocked.

I played this course on 6/30/12, at 11am. The Pro shop is well-stocked and carry about everything you would need. The driving range is well maintained, except you have to use a mat. The course was a pleasant surprise. Although, not overly difficult, the fairways are tight, so you can't be too aggressive off the tee. The rough was about 2 inches high, and the fairways were lush. The greens were excellent, nice pace, with slope that make you think. The bunkers were had soft sand. This course is a very well-maintained municipal course in Roseville, CA. If in the area, be sure to play this course.

I played on Saturday, June 23, 2012. Tee time was 11:08am. The course is in beautiful condition, except for some brown spots in the fairways. Greens were hard to read, some were fast, others were slow. Overall, I would recommend this course as a must play. the course is not overly hard, but is does have some deceptive holes. The pro shop personnel were very helpful and willing to help with any questions. The 19th hole was superb.

I played this course on April 9, 2011. The course was beautiful. The greens had been aerated about two weeks, so determining speed of putts were difficult. The fairways were in excellent conditions, and the bunker were playable. The staff at the course was great, and the bartender was agreat help with inofrmation about the area. This course is a Must play.
