played it on 12/5/09. driving in, you see a nice looking gated community. no real clubhouse yet, mats on the driving range. the course had some rough spots, but was very playable. a player friendly, resort type course that was enjoyable to play. it's my one and only round of golf in vegas so far, so i have nothing to compare it in the area. payed $70 at golfnow.com for the round. i assume there are better courses out there for the money. anybody got any suggestions?

played it on 12/2/09. i've played here before and the experience was the same. a well maintained track. i think they did their overseeding about a month earlier than other courses in the area, and it showed. it was the greenes course i played at in the area for this trip. the course is pretty much "what you see is what you get". wide fairways, and pretty big greens. the staff was friendly, and all in all a good value.

Played it on 12/1/09 for $50. What a deal for a great course! Played from the black tees, and was by far the most interesting & challenging course I played on this trip, and the wind wasn't even blowing that hard (which I've heard makes this course almost impossible to play). With 36 holes to play at this club, the course was pretty empty. Pace of play was very good. lots of different looking holes. I would love to play it again, now that I have an idea of what the course looks like.

Played on 11/29/2009 for $35. Already knew what to expect driving up to the course...an older designed short course. Greens were small and undulating, and were in pretty good shape. The rest of the course was a bit blah...probably would not play here again...there's other courses in the area that I would rather enjoy playing for a little bit more money.

Played this course on 11/28/09. Green fee special was $31. Staff was friendly. Went to driving range before the round. It was in pretty bad shape, grass was like light rough and lots of divots. The course was an interesting layout...not a driver course, which I like. The course needs maintenance. lots of leaves on the greens, bald spots on the fairway, some greens were a bit patchy. I understand that this course is under new management and are in the rebuilding process. Hope they manage to turn things around. I probably would not play it for a few years.

first course i have played without rough...wide fairways, butif you miss you're in the desert. a flat course, pretty straight forward (what you see is what you get). great practice facility.

got a great deal to play this course in July ($50). Course was in great shape. The best of 8 courses I played during my trip. beautiful holes with great scenery. truly a desert golf course. i would definitely play it again.

the golf course didn't really live up to the hype. a short course with some great views of camelback and downtown scottsdale. a target golf course. not sure i'll play it again. payed $40 in July to play...there are other courses that I would have rather played for the same price.

stayed at the resort...beautiful! got to play all 3 of the nines. a friendly golf course with "bumper guards" on each side of the fairway. lots of opportunities to go low which made it fun. great practice facility including a covered driving range.

played it in July for $35. great practice facility. course was in great shape. it's target golf in the desert. not an long course...a few holes where woods or long iron is sufficient off the tee. well worth the green fee.

lots of interesting holes, where strategy off tee comes into play. course is in great condition. a beautiful golf course. not exactly "desert golf"

what a test of golf! played it from the tips. par 4's and 5's are not long, but man the par 3's....220 yds over water...190 yds to an island green. greens were in roughest shape out af all the PGA West courses. challenging but enjoyable round. lots of memorable holes.
