the fairways were in great shape... maybe a touch too long... most of the greens were in great shape, but the ones that were bad, were TERRIBLE! It was very inconsistent... Also, most of the sand traps were actually "dirt" traps...

you can't beat this one for the price (if you're a resident). The fairways are in good shape, and not too easy to stay on... thus, it makes for important course management unless you drive straight every time. Lots of fun!
