i would never play there again unless they improve the conditions. Worst fairways I have seen in my whole life. I understand they are changing ownership, but come on. Fairways and rough are approximately 75% mud. Not exaggerating.

I really enjoyed the round. We played on a Saturday and finished in 4 1/2 hours, which was good. The marshalls do a great job of keeping everyone moving, the staff was very helpful and the course was in top notch condition. The only drawback was that the greens had a large amount of ball marks on them. They still rolled very true, though.

Course is under construction, so right now is WAY overpriced. Because of dry/firm conditions and many bare spots around fairway bunkers, everything rolls right into them.
