Great shape, course drains very well. Front side flat, back side cuts thru hills and has some nice views. Watch out for all the fairway bunkers. Seems like every hole has bunkers about 200-225 yds out. Greens can be hard with heat and wind and do not hold mid & long irons. Greens roll nice but for some reason people do not fix their divots at this course. New carts are nice also has GPS which helps speed up play. Very friendly staff, and a nice actual grass driving range. Par 5's are quirky, On several of them you have to leave the driver in the bag and 3-wood for the long hitters due to creek cutting across them. 18 is a tough finishing hole. All in all very nice course and in great shape considering how much play it gets. Worth the $

Very disappointed. Not in very good shape since Troon no longer manages the course. I understand times are tough with the economy and not getting a lot of play so the $ is not there but it is going from a nice course to looking like an old muni. Too bad, when it was in good shape it was worth the drive and the $. Greens need a lot of work, bumpy with many divots. Considering it's late December we were not expecting ideal conditions but it was in BAD shape. Fairways, rough, and bunkers were okay but the greens were bad. On short putts you hit them soft and the bumps will cause the ball to go off line. We each must of fixed 3 divots (not including our own) per green. Friendly staff but the starter put his cart in reverse and drove away when someone was trying to tee off. Course is not very well marked. Even putting a blue, white and red marker on the cart path to give you basic 200, 150 & 100 yardages would speed up play so you wouldn't have to look for a sprinkler head that was marked. Par 3's are good and challenging. Par 5's are very long and almost impossible to reach in two from the tips except for 18. Will wait til Spring before going back.
