Golf Course Reviews
Golf Course Reviews: California, Arizona, Nevada, Texas, Oregon, Washington, Colorado, Utah, Florida, Hawaii!Arrived at Trump with 4 couples. Went to restaurant for breakfast. Waited for table to be set up for 8 people, first they tried to set up a round table and after putting all the chairs around and place settings, realized not enough room....so waited for another table to be set. Restaurant was not busy at all yet no one greeted us or asked us if we wanted coffee or waters. Waited patiently, still no one approached us. Finally after waiting at least 15 minutes, we had to get up and ask for service.
Now to golf, our 4 couples always go to a course and have a little tournament. Prior to going, the scorecard for Trump was brought up online and tees were decided. Indexes for the group range from 10 to 19. Ladies decided on the yellow tees 124 slope versus the other choice of 138. Men decided on white tees 133 (the lowest of choices). Ladies went to first tee and drove to find yellow tees...never to be found. Went back to starter and asked where yellow tees were. Starter said "there are no yellow tees, the red tees will be just fine for you." So ladies preceded to play red tees which were never consistent for what red were supposed to be, yet were never consistent on what yellow were supposed to be but close. Scores could not be posted due to most likely the course moving the red tees up to the yellow tees and the slope not being the same. Men's tees were also considerably shortened so their scores could not be posted.
I am not sure if this happens just on weekends or all the time but if you want a scorecard that correlates to the course you are playing, I would not play there. It appears they are merely concerned with keeping player pace on the course.
