c'mon, the course is like nothing else other than maybe maderas. The reason no one can hold the greens is they think it takes a good shot to be rewarded at cross creek but it actually takes a great shot. if you hit it pure it will bite. the course is just to hard for average golfers unless they play from the up tees, and if they do the course is very short leaving half wedges at best. it is hard to spin the ball with half wedges downwind. if you want a challenge try this course - if you want to score and bang the ball around try encinitas ranch.
