I was enjoying the Raptor course at summer rates, until we came to 15, 16, and 17. They are putting in a big hotel and have redone those three holes, extremely poorly in my opinion. One converted to a short par 4, then a 97-yard par 3 (crammed in there), then they took a great 17th hole and really shortened it to 265 yards. They have taken one of the better courses in AZ and basically ruined it with those three holes so they can have their hotel space. Well, good for them and I'm sure they'll make lots of money, but my days of playing Grayhawk are done thanks to that hack job of those ending holes. So sad.
