Young course but nice.
In 10 years the populars and the other trees will be a nice addition.
Course overall is in very good condition especially for $35 on a weekend with cart.
If played in the afternoon the wind will be gusty.But there is enough room to recover from errant shots.
The greens later in the day dry out which makes them very difficult to stick a shot over 100 yards.
The only knock is the lack of discernable yardage markers.They have them stamped into the sprinklers but many are missing.So if you play bring your garmin or other yardage calculater
