A lot has changed in 3 months since last review. The greens are good with a few brown spots and medium fast, tee boxes are decent with some dried out spots and some divot damage, bunkers had good sand, but the fairways are thin with lots of brown areas. There are a couple fairway bunkers being re-worked (especially #10 with a large "ground under repair" area) and two temporary green (#11 and #14) which are total jokes (apply 2 putt rule if you get within 10 yards as postage stamp size and slope will not allow balls to come to rest on these temp greens). It appears water conservation has taken a toll, but management has apparently deemed all these course conditions to be normal as rates are status quo.

Played here in April. It is above average muni with a good layout. Very good condition all around and pace of play that day was very good (very busy, but 4 1/2 hour round).
