Played wed afternoon 08/08/07 and overall found the course very unique. The course is missing some very basic things like tee markers, signage on cart paths that would give some kind of direction, drinking water, and the sprinkler heads aren't marked with yardages. It seems like it has taken this course a long time to open so during that time they could have gotten these basic things put in place. The turf on the course can best be described as hard, sponge. I would also recommend bringing a hammer because the ground on most of the tee boxes is extremely hard. It will be interesting to see how this course develops and is maintained in the coming months. It is probably worth playing, but don't expect too much.

Played 6/20 and the conditions were acceptable, but a bit uncharacteristic for this course. The greens seemed a lot faster than in the past, however they were holding shots very well. They were somewhat bumpy at times, though. Great layout and a lot of interesting holes.
