Conditions have changed a bit since I played here a couple of months ago. While the fairways are still in generally good conditions, can't say the same for the greens. The greens are really bumpy. Putts bounced up to 4 inches & changed directions randomly due to bumps. Ball marks weren't an issue because the greens were hard enough that you couldn't find ball marks to fix.

The sand traps were awful; mostly hard sand, and very thin.

Tee boxes were OK, but the par 3s had many divots.

Pace of play was very good; Four of us finished 18 in 3 hours and 45 minutes on a Sunday afternoon.

Course was in poor condition; greens are full of ball marks, fairways have divots everywhere. On the plus side, marshals are fanatic about keeping up the pace of play. Our round only took 4 hours. The course design is interesting, particularly the 16th hole, which is a short blind par 4 that you hit over a hill and hope for the best. Local knowledge would seem to be an advantage here.

Course is in generally good condition; very tight front nine, back nine opens up after hole 11. Leave your driver at home! Greens were super fast, difficult to hold an approach shot. However they putt very true.

Certainly worth the green fee if you're a city resident; I'd think twice as an out-of-towner.
