Played here 8/22. Tee time was set for 1:36, but that does not make too much of a difference at this course. May be the most relaxed golf course in the country, and it works in their advantage. For now, this is a pretty bare bones course. They are doing a major reno and have 0 amenities. But also no crowds, which is the biggest perk of a round here.

Greens- 8/10. Ran pretty fast for being constantly wet, but broke pretty true.

fairways- 9/10 Fairways played true with good rolls. Coverage throughout which was great with very few dead spots, if any.

rough- 4/10. Very thick but never too thick where you could not find your ball.

sand- 9/10. Bunkers were in excellent shape. Avoided them for the most part but when in them, soft sand and good coverage.

water- 9/10 Pretty minimal hazards from what I remember. A lot of holes had a small ravine running next to it.

tee boxes- 8/10 Very soft but again due to rain. No dead spots which was great.

POP was 4 hours. I did not go in expecting much as I played with my father in law who is learning the game. I found the course to be pretty easy. Nonetheless, it's a great track for beginner golfers or someone who wants to work on something specific on their game with very minimal crowds. Again with no amenities, used the 1st hole as a range since no one was behind us. Marshall said this is pretty common at the moment. For the price, I truly believe this is a course that can't be missed. Definitely don't go in expecting much. Would call this a top of the line executive at the moment, until the renovation is done in 18 months.

Played here 8/14. Tee time was set for 8:42. Did not tee off until after 9 AM. Ominous sign for the day. The course was in good condition considering the summer heat. Fairways were very green with great coverage throughout. Tee boxes were covered but as soft as mud (not blaming the course due to a monsoon that hit the night before).

Greens- 7/10 Soft due to rain but by about hole 6. Dried out and ran faster then Usain Bolt.

fairways- 9/10 Fairways played true with good rolls. Coverage throughout which was great with very few dead spots, if any.

rough- 2/10 THICK. Ball was pretty much plugged every time it would find the rough.

sand- 2/10 Essentially extended water hazards (again due to rain)

water- 9/10 Good place of hazards and not overbearing and in random spots.

tee boxes- 7/10 Very soft but again due to rain. No dead spots which was great.

POP was 6 hours. I think this was partly due to other players in the group, but it was excessively long. Waited, on the front 9 specifically, at every tee box. As mentioned earlier, the course was delayed in getting us out. I knew internally this was going to be a sign of the day. The course was in great condition. It is a fun track due to it being a tail of 3 styles. 6 holes are resort style, 6 holes are community style weaving through a neighborhood, and 6 holes are true desert golf with great elevation change.

Played here 7/25. Walked on at about 1:37 PM. Scottsdale got pounded with some much needed rain for 3 days prior to playing. It was drizzling as well through most of the round. Surprisingly, the course was in great condition considering how wet the valley was! This course is not like Quintero or other elite courses in the valley, but for the value it could not be beat.

Greens- 7/10 Softer due to the rain but ran pretty true. Not as wet as I thought they would be.

fairways- 8/10 A few puddles scattered throughout the course. But they seemed to have pretty good drainage that it was easily playable.

rough- 6/10 THICK

sand- 4/10 Reminded me of a beach at a lake. Deep water in middle and wet sand around.

water- 9/10 Good place of hazards and not overbearing and in random spots.

tee boxes- 7.5/10 Some soft spots but grass was abundant and was able to find firmer spots at all holes for tee placement.

POP was 3.5 hours. Played a solo round but got held up at pretty much every hole on the tee boxes. Probably would have played in about 2.5/3 hours if a little less crowded. This course is relatively easy, reminds me of an old CC type of course. Enjoyable round and would definitely recommend especially for golfers that like sprawling fairways.
