Poorest greens I've played in a while, and I've played many public muni dirt tracks. hard pan bunkers.. Tee boxes were ok, as were the fairways. but i cant get over how poor the greens were. patched, bumpy, discolored..

I'm not a big fan of the layout and the conditions were terrible due to the week long rain. Every bunker was a mini lake. It's definitely a course you need to be familiar with to know the landing areas. I would play it again, but I'd look somewhere else first.
