course is in good condition. greens are okay with some ball marks but the fairways are in amazing condition. avoid the rough because some parts are really long grass and also avoid the fairway bunkers because some are soft and some are really hard. green speed is a little on the slower side but still roll pretty good. shot a 73 from the black tees today.
