Nice short course (many par 4's under 400 yds). Immaculate traps, best I've been in :) . . . Well worth the $$. Only 1 green in pretty bad shape. Hole 7 and 9 very challenging (and a great view from the tee boxes, need to hit over water on drive. I recommed trying it out for yourself!

Tees were mushy. Need a tall tee to get the ball above the spongy crabgrass on most tees. Traps were very hard and damp. Lots of areas were very wet (poor drainage). Average fairways and rough. More of a park than a golf course but they are trying.
