I recently played this course with my buddy's. We had heard the greens were sanded 1 1/2 weeks earlier and thought we were in trouble. To our surprise the greens were in great shape. The fairways like always were like butter. We were pretty disappointed with the condition of the bunkers. Mostly hard pan lies, no real soft sand at all. Play early because the afternoon wind is crazy at about 20 - 40 MPH.

I would recommend the Palmer course with the deal. All of that for $165 during the hot season and $270 for in season. They have a great Steak House and café at the hotel. Mesquite is just 50 minutes past Las Vegas and well worth the trip.
