Played Balboa today 7/13 was disappointed to fine the greens airrated. Not the best time to do it with Hot weather for the nest week.

Not a bad little track, but why to much watering. Puddles in the fairway in many places, and the a lot of the tee boxes were very wet. Greens rolled smooth, but way to wet, spongy and slow.... course need to use less water, I know they have to use up the reclaimed water, but I've played in the rain and not had it this wet. LOL

Just went back after it's been closed, hope they would have work on it while not being open for play. No luck, the greens were the best part of this course before, they were hard and fast. NOT now spongy and slow, sad to see.

Greens are usually good, but they are over watering them, slow and spongy... Glad they are punching them on 9-13. Maybe they will get them back to fast and firm. Greens are the only reason I will play there.
