Played the course on 4/10. Overall the conditions were good. The greens were punched about a month ago and are healing, but most ran true and were pretty quick. The tee boxes and fairways are in decent shape with good lies and mimimal divots, however several tee boxes on the front side were very soggy. The bunkers are an issue, and most are hardpacked sand / mud. Pace of play was excellent. We got off at 7:36 and were done by 11:30 and we had on member of our group walking. The only downside to this course right now is that they are building some wireless towers on the left side of the driving range and with the trucks driving back and forth across the range, it makes warming up difficult.

This course needs some work. I will not go back. Everytime I play here there is an issue. I booked a 7:36 tee time through golfnow.com and when I got to the course that tee time was overbooked. The woman in the pro shop sent my group out on the back nine and we made good time. When we made the turn it was ridiculous. We waited at least 20 minutes on every tee. They are now charging a $1.00 course improvement fee for every round. I have no idea what they are improving. I could play in my front yard, or better yet in my driveway and get better course conditions. Its a shame becuase the layout is not terrible, but it seems like all the folks runing the course care about is gettign the max number of glfers out on the course at any one time. I will not go back.

I played San Juan hills last Friday (1/26). The course was in pretty good shape. Some of the fariways had some water problems, and some of the tee boxes need to be leveled, but overall the course was in good shape. The greens held well and were in great shape. You can not beat it for the price.
