Played 11/11/11 Veterans Day. Very busy day, waited on most holes and round went right at five hours. I attribute this to the greens setup. I estimated they were running about a 13+, but the starter (at the end of our round) said they were probably a 15 (Cali meet Augusta west - at least this day). They had been double cut and rolled for a tournament the previous day. They also kept the 'Sunday" pin placements. This caused lip-outs to end up going off the green as much as 25 feet. Everyone struggled on the greens which made for the longer round. Otherwise, with the exception of a couple of the greenside bunkers, the course was in really nice shape. Not much to complain about. Nice course, staff, and I will return once the greens are running a 10.
