Greens medium fast, Tees in good condition, Fairways have sod where in past have been bare. Played in 4.5 hours, had a great time.

Greens were fast and smooth. Some cup positions led to putting off the green if you did not hit the hole. Fairways mowed very tight.

Greens roll true with moderate to good speed. Fairways were excellent, dry, and firm.

Worth the money even though the greens had a light layer of sand, enough to alter putts. A lot of golf course for 21 dollars. Starter there to take money, no time to tell conditions of the golf course.
