I don't expect much from this course but wow were the greens bad. Rolled super slow, bumpy, and infested with crabgrass. Most of the sand bunkers were solid as a rock. The only bright side is they charged $29 for you to suffer through a round. I think the only reason people go there is management only hires good looking girls so leave the clubs at home and go there for there good food.

Great course and very well maintained. I'm a high hadicapper and this course is tough because of narrow fairways lined with brier bushes so if you miss the fairways good bye ball. Greens very hard and didn't hold to many shots which was tough because most greens were elevated. Switched to ProV and held a little better. Very ungulated fairways and greens made this course tough as well. Course layout really nice too. Reminded me of PGA West courses at a very reasonable price ($30 6am Sun tee time) I would highly recommend this course.

Had low expectations for this place but was pleasantly suprised. First out on Friday morning and this place was very lush for an older track. Greens were nice and healed well for being punched a month ago. Fun simple track for for high handicapper like myself and very forgiving and wide open. I would play this place again in a heartbeat. Sand perfect, tee boxes great, fairways plush.

I played this place last year and it was a decent place for the money but it has totally gone down hill. Looks like it was watered with gasoline. Talked to some locals and they said new owner is saving money by not watering as much. Note to owner, no water in Palm Springs turns a golf course into a dirt lot. I really like the layout of this track with the small greens and all the par fives and threes but I think I will never see this place again. Tee boxes were very level dirt mounds, fairways had a few green spots, and greens were small but the only thing green on the course.

Played 5/8/10 for first time. Tee time was at 11:15 didn't let us out till 11:45. Every other group was 5some. 5 1/2 hour round plus extra half hour delay on tee time. This course is a nice course that is very well maintained. Fairways still healing from being punched but greens healed very nice and rolled fast and true. I will never play this course again because of starters over booking and allowing so many 5somes especially on a course that has back to back par 3's. My friends who play it more often said it never that bad so maybe you'll have better luck.

Played 4/19/10 and enjoyed the course even though greens were punched last week. The tee box on 1 (if you can call it a tee box) is like teeing off of a downhill fairway. Marshalls are friendly and do their job well. Bunkers are so so, sand 1 inch thick with hardpan below. Views are amazing on back 9. Fairways are very rough on most holes. Very fun course but wait 2 weeks and it should be better.

I've been golfing for 7 months and never knew courses could be so impressive. The bunkers were abundant and very deep but in perfect shape. I can't believe they can keep a course in that condition in 110 degree heat. They got golf course management down to a science.

I was scared to death at every tee box but the course played easier than it looked. Their gps system was amazing, it did an overhead fly by on every hole and showed all slopes and course details and believe me you needed it. When I played other courses I would just grip it and rip it but every trap was in play so sometimes you had to hit irons on par 4's and 5's.

This course was definatly out of my league but I still shot a 108 and I played one of my best games ever to get that at the combo tees. If you go in the summer don't drink the night before because the heat is crazy hot. I drank 4 large gatorades and 6 large cups of water and stayed pretty cool but one our friends almost had a heat stroke.

This might be one of the best designed courses ever!
