Golf Course Reviews: California, Arizona, Nevada, Texas, Oregon, Washington, Colorado, Utah, Florida, Hawaii! The Tournament course is a blast. It's a Jack Nicklaus design with lots of risk/reward opportunities and unfortunately, lots of opportunities to lose balls. The tee shot is generally forgiving, with wide open fairways so you can "grip it and rip it", but the approach shots make you think think think about where you can afford to miss. You're often shooting into greens with nearby trees/sand/ob/deep rough/steep fall-offs plus or minus a forced carry over a creek. If you can play on weekdays, they often have an all-you-can-play and all-you-can-eat deal which for $90 is a great bargain.
