Golf Course Reviews: California, Arizona, Nevada, Texas, Oregon, Washington, Colorado, Utah, Florida, Hawaii! The course is in wonderful shape. They are in the process of changing owners and have no liquor license presently, so you'll have to forego the bloody Mary at the turn. Greens were excellent, about an 11. Sand traps were damp but playable. My only complaint is that they've taken out the warmup net they used to have. Played 18 in 3:45, starting at 7:15, and that included waiting 15 minutes on nr 2 for the fog to clear so that we could see the fairway.
For the money, the course is in poor condition - greens bumpy, bare and thin spots on fairways. Many areas under repair - two of my playing partners actually hit maintenance vehicles parked in the fairways. Added to all that the immediate hard-sell attempt to get us to buy JC club memberships, and it soured me on a course I used to love to play.
