Golf Course Reviews: California, Arizona, Nevada, Texas, Oregon, Washington, Colorado, Utah, Florida, Hawaii!Played here for the first time after almost all of my Bay Area friends told me I needed to. Long story short, I will go back. Tee'd off at 8:12a and finished by 12:30, so a bit slow for me. They flooded the course last week so it was a bit soft and the fairways and rough were in OK shape. The greens will keep me coming back, rolled true and medium-fast.
I have played Presidio a few times in the last few weeks. Course is in fantastic shape. I recommend playing in the morning as the winds get strong in the afternoon. Greens are rolling true but slow. Don't miss the fairway off the tee, the rough is thick and there is a lot of long fescue due to rain. Hard course from the tips but highly recommend if you're in the Bay Area.
