Played Saturday 10/10/20. They had only been open one day since closing for over seeding. The entire course was pristine except for a surprising number of ball marks that had not been fixed. I got as many as I could. Greens were not fast but running very true. Cart path only but the fairways were great. Staff was great, course is fun and challenging, price was great. Highly recommended.

Played on 10/3/20 for $30. It was a 4.5 hour round which is the slowest I've ever had there so I think it was a one time deal. Only open one week after over seeding so it was cart path only. The cart paths meander down the middle of the fairways so not really a time burner and I got a little exercise. The fairways were a little long but not long enough to impact approach shots, just not much roll out on drives. It's a flat parkland course with enough trees lining the fairways to make tee shots in the fairway important or you are punching out. Just a little water that can sneak up on you. Don't hit too far right on 1st tee or you are in water you didn't know was there. Don't ask. Bunkers, greens and fairway all in great condition considering only open for one week. Beautiful course, highly recommended.

9/19/20 Something has changed the last few months here. Previously this course, though not pristine like Augusta, was at least kept up. No more. At $20 it is still playable but just barely. Tee boxes are all chewed up mixture of dirt and weeds. Bunkers are not maintained and filling with grass. We played them as ground under repair. Fairways were a mixture of dirt, mud and mowed weeds. We played LCP. Greens were the same. If not maintained due to funds it will only get worse because few people will play here more than once.

Played 10/5/19 Recent over seed was cart path only but fairways were nice and would only get better. Sad to say that something has happened to the greens and not pretty. Never seen CR like this. Most greens had portions that were nearly un-puttable. No indication of this issue on the practice green. If nice rolling putts are important to you then check conditions before booking. Looks to me like it will take complete redo of greens to fix.

I had not played here in a while and was really looking forward to it. They had done some maintenance (aeration) about three weeks earlier and the fairways had recovered well. Not even noticeable other than the understandable 90 degree rule helping with recovery. I was very disappointed in the condition of the greens. They also had recovered well from aeration though a little slow but this was also understandable.
The problem was that other than about 5 of the greens that were actually green all over they obviously need to be redone. Some were completely brown/dirt and the ones that had intermittent patches of green were actually more difficult to putt. We were very close to a "within a club length it's good rule". Other than that layout, views, wildlife, employees and fairways were great. A heads up on the green conditions would have been nice. Really a shame.

Practice putting area is excellent. Plenty of challenging putts. Driving range is more than adequate hitting off nice grass. This course is not for those not in some control of there golf ball (I have a little). If not, bring plenty of balls. Forced carries and penal if fairways/greens missed. Some water hazards. First tee shot is forced carry of 180yds from the Silver tee (6300yds) to a narrow landing area. Second is 170yd par 3 with DEEP bunkers right with little bail out to left or short. "Long is wrong" on virtually every green. That being said, fun, beautiful course in great shape at all times. Never a dull moment. All aspects of the course are very well maintained.

Played 10/27/18. $28 They had been open a couple weeks after fall overseed. Fairways were still a little shaggy so not much roll out but did not impact shots from the fairway except they were a little longer. Greens were not fast but not noticeably slow. All the greens have some character. Not many straight putts. Course overall was in great shape. I managed to avoid all bunkers so no opinion on those. This track is almost like 2 different golf courses and quite fun. The front is a cross between semi links and parkland type with some trees. The back is like a canyon course (dramatic views and some elevated tee boxes) with severe penalties for missing fairways and greens but not unfair. There are some intimidating tee shots with forced carries but generous landing areas. Except for the PAR 3 11 but there is a bail out in front of the green. Miss right, left or long it's off to the drop area you go. We played with a random twosome that had never played there before with a fairly new golfer. They played the silver (5400 yds PAR 71) and I know they had a good time. Highly recommended but if you don't have fairly good control over your golf ball bring a few extra.

Played 10/14/18. $19 TeeOff.com price. The course had opened 2 weeks earlier recovering from overseed. Also, it had been closed the last two days due to rain. Would have been cart path only even without the rain. The fairways were a little shaggy plus soggy so no roll out. We played LCP as every ball was a mud ball. Playing the whites at 6200 yds and played every bit that long. I have played when dry and plays shorter. There are a couple forced carrys but nothing too daunting except for 18 where I played around turning it into a PAR 5. Hit my 3rd to 6 feet and missed the PAR putt. Considering the conditions course was in great shape. Greens were slow but very good. Bunkers had some puddles (took relief) but still playable. Fun track with well placed fairway bunkers that keep you focused. One side of most fairways is dead/guaranteed lost ball. Local rule is play as lateral rule 26-1. Highly recommend it.

Played on a Saturday afternoon that was supposed to be 108 degrees. May have been but I didn't notice. Nice course, nice breeze but not enough to make golf hard. Really fun golf for me from the Blue/White combo that puts it just over 6K yds. You need to keep it in the fairway or have lots of golf balls because they will be gone if you don't. The fairways are generous enough as I only lost one that day and I'm not that accurate. Greens were punched about 3 weeks ago and they were superb. The ball really rolled nice. These are not flat greens with nice subtle breaks everywhere. No excuses for my poor putting. Fairways were great with a few spots doing "sprig" maintenance but I didn't hit into any. I'm sure it would be "GUR" if I did. They supply ice and cold water sprinkled around the course. That was nice. Beautiful track to play for $20 with a cart. Clubhouse staff is excellent, friendly and helpful. I have been in the cafe and it is also top notch staff and product. I highly recommend this quality course for any ability just pick the correct tee.

Nice track for those of us that might not hit all the fairways. You can flare one and still have a shot from a different fairway. Not the toughest golf but always a good time. Greens always seem to be in great shape (other than maintenance periods).
