Played on 5/21/17. Pace of play was VERY slow. I'm a 9hcp and it took 5hrs 14 min to finish the round. Waited on every shot. On a couple of the holes there were 4 groups on the same hole. Saw marshall several times but he really wasn't pushing pace of play. Greens were decent, but a little shaggy/long making putts bumpy at times and on the slower end stimping probably around 8-9. Fairways were airated. Grass was decent but very firm underneath which i think is more a character of the type of grass rather than watering. Rough was thick and green. Bunkers were hard packed dirt. Not really bunker sand. For $90+ I did not expect to have 5+ hour round so I was quite disappointed.

Having played mostly the LA and Long Beach system, this was a pleasant change. The course has a very interesting layout with many risk reward holes. Cart lady came by 4 times during our round! The staff were very cordial and happy to have us.

The practice facilities were awesome, which is very unlike LA courses. Great grass, chipping area, and putting green.

In terms of the course, the fairways were pristine and the greens were immaculate. Greens played a little slower than they looked. Finished in a little over 4 hrs walking. Only had to wait a little bit on the par 3's, but otherwise, a very brisk pace. All the golfers here seem to have game (no hacks) and know the importance of keeping pace. Given the conditions and course, it was a bargain. I will definitely play this track again.

Played 36 holes on Sunday 10/19. Pretty nice track but I thought it was overrated for the price ($160 for 18, replay $75). Tee boxes are all overseeded (ie. no grass) so a little disappointing given that I specifically asked the starter over the phone if they were overseeding and he said no. Fairways are switched to a brownish/greenish 'rye' grass for the winter. It was wet/slightly muddy to keep the grass alive, which made it cart path only for >50% of the fairways.

Overall I wasn't too impressed and thought the conditions were horrible for $160. I would wait a couple weeks to months before giving it a try.

Played this track on 3/29/08 at 10:30am. Didn't see anyone in front or behinid us until the 10th hole. Didn't understand why it's so hard to get on this course when it seemed like no one was on it. Much easier to get a time on course 2. Very strange for a saturday. Finished in about 4.5 hrs. The greens were aerated 2 wks ago and were surprisingly rolling ok. Bumpy here and there but not sandy. Definitely worth playing. Course plays pretty long on some holes and you have to place your ball well off the tee.

Short course with decent conditions. Los Lagos is a better track.

Played twilight last monday. Can't beat the green fees at $17 for a round. Pace was decently quick and greens were in great shape. Nice course and will definitely be coming back.

Played the course today. Thought it was pretty nice, especially for the money. $33 w/ cart. Fairways are in great condition. There were some that didn't have some growth for the first 150-200 yds off the tee on the back 9 but that shouldn't be a problem for most people. Did look a little funny though. Greens were in great condition. A little bumpy on some of them but not bad for a public course. Played 18 in 3.5 hrs.

Great course. Conditions are absolutely great right now. Didn't see much construction going on yet, although the range is across the street. Greens were in great condition as were the fairways. Front nine has some tricky elevated greens and the back nine tends to be a little narrow. I agree with the previous comment that the front and back 9's feel like 2 completely different courses. Great track for the money, especially twilight.
