Greens are GREAT and appear to have healed well from aeration. Greens are on the soft side and awesome for ball stopping action. There aren't even that many ball marks making for some really good ball rolling. The tee boxes are spongy lush and surprisingly free from dead tees. It was a great day.

three of the four par 3's are under construction, tee boxes specifically. The par 3's are playing much shorter than on the score card.
Hole 3: 129 down to 100 yards
Hole 8: 193 down to 150 yards
Hole 12: 208 down to 165 yards

Walked on immediately at 9am and played 2 rounds of nine. No waiting on any holes and completed play in under 4 hours. All greens have break and are super soft so every shot creates a ball mark. Customer service is outstanding, from the starters to the bartender.

Waiting list for single play was about 30 minutes and completed play in 5hours. Greens were great and somewhat soft so all airborn shots stuck and stopped. Broken tees are everywhere so if you need a short tee for the par 3's, no problem here. All in all, had a great day.
