was great on 8-4-08, greens are excellent conditions, the front and back are completely different, the front fairways are tight, back 9 is more forgiving, water to drink almost every hole, in bottles not a cooler.

played on thursday 4-3-08 fairways plugged but still good, greens not done yet, they were in great shape, for only 31$ great deal, played in 3.5 hours
