This course is pretty good value for what they charge for their twilight/super twilight rates. I know they have a $23 special after 10 or 11 that includes green fees for the rest of the day and a cart. Super twilight rate is only $8 after 4. there surprisingly isn't that many people out at that time too. For an inexpensive muni it's kept in pretty good condition.
The course is somewhat challenging because it is very narrow and the fairways are lined with trees. If you don't hit the fairway off the drive, don't try pulling a miracle shot through the trees. just take your medicine and hit out of them.
My only complaints at this course are pace of play on saturday/sunday mornings. It's not uncommon to have a 5hr round. The tee boxes on many of the par 3's tend to be in rough shape after the weekends. Finally, I don't think many people that play this course got the memo that it's customary to repair your divots. I tend to have to fix 3/4 every green, because people never seem to repair theirs.
