If you are teeing off at 6:40am on a Saturday, it's reasonable to expect a sub 4-hour round. I play with the same group of guys every weekend and regardless of where we play, it's rarely longer than 4 hours.

This past Saturday (3/7) we played the Ike. It took 5+ HOURS - and 45 minutes on the 18th.

Where was the marshall? No where to be found. Just a disgrace that a beautiful course like the Ike would allow this to occur.

The course was in great shape - and would seem to be a pleasurable course...but not when it takes so long to play.

For this reason alone - I am not sure our group will ever play the course again. It's a shame.
