Played 4/23. The greens are almost recovered from aeration. They were on the shaggy side and putted slow/medium speed. A good mowing and they should be pretty good. The fairways, rough, and bunkers are in good condition. The tee boxes are good to fair. There are good practice areas, cafe/bar, and the staff is friendly.

Played today 3/25 7AM tee time, went out right on time. Course overall was in good condition.
Tee boxes okay with some uneven, but playable, and couple divots. Fairways were green with some areas still showing dormant grass, and a dirt spot here and there overall no bad lies, some unsanded divots from the walkers. Rough was short to long depending where you ended up, if ball settled down tough to get out. Bunkers were decent sand 2-3 in deep, all were well raked. Greens were lush, ran quick downhill but on slow side uphill. All had aerated fringes, and some had aerated false fronts. They will be aerating around 4/1.

Customer service was good, welcomed at the desk, starter was friendly, marshal came around several times. Decent GPS system, gave plenty of info on hole and distance to trouble spots, kept us informed on our pace of play.

Green fee has gone up from last time I played here about a year ago. Overall a good golf day.

Course is in overall good condition. The greens rolled good at medium/fast speed and held shots. The fairways were very good. The rough is low and dormant in most areas. The bunkers were good. The tee boxes are good to fair due to mildly unlevel spots. They have started punching the run up areas and collars into and around the greens. The rough in many areas has been punched. They start punching greens the week of March 31st. Flat course with enjoyable layout and friendly staff.

Played February 7th. First time visit, the course, to me, was in very nice shape. This is a a great walking course. Some very nice holes, mature trees, very comfortable feeling. Paired up with two regulars who were super nice people. Overall fun & challenging layout. One nice aspect- the sand traps I ended up in actually had sand, in decent shape. Employees generally very nice, the young guy behind the counter seemd to initially give us a hard time about reserving though Golf Now but seemed to get over it (not sure what his issue was). After round the bar is a bar, not much in the way of food, so it "forced" me into visiting Katella Deli. I'd definitely recommend & go back again.

The tee boxes are fair to good. The course is flat with a nice varied layout. Water comes into play on several holes. There is a driving range, short game area, and two putting greens. There is a nice club house with cafe and bar. The staff is friendly.

The rough is winter low especially around water hazards. The tee boxes are decent with slight unlevelness. This is a flat course with a nice variety of holes.

The course is in overall good condition. The greens are very good. They are running towards the fast side, smooth, and holding shots. The fairways and rough are good with some minor spots. The bunkers are good. The tee boxes are decent but mildly unlevel in spots. The course has a nice flat layout with water coming into play on several holes. There is a snack shack next to the 12th tee box.

Played 11/27/13 in a group of 3. Cannot complain at all about course condition. No real noticeable issues with teeboxes, greens or fairways. I really like the layout of the course as well. Its interesting, has some unique holes, uses the bodies of water well, and is fair. It encourages smart plays, doesnt punish bad shots too much, and gives you reasonable risk/reward options. Prices are fair as well. The only slight complaint was pace of play, for those of you who hate slow play. We teed off at 11:45 and barely finished before sunset @4:45, so it was a 5 hour round. I dont really mind that too much because I like to relax and not be rushed, but I know its a big deal to a lot of players. It might have just been because there was a group of 4 women ahead of us walking, or maybe a slower group ahead of them, so not necessarily the fault of the course. One more small complaint was that we did not see a cart girl once the whole day. The snack shack at 10 is fine, but a refreshment cart on course wouldve been nice. It might've been because it was the day before thanksgiving though...

The tee boxes are good with some minor unlevel issues. The bunkers looked good but I was not in any. This is a flat course with a nice varied layout. The practice area has a range, two putting greens, and a chipping green. The club house has a bar/restaurant and the staff is friendly.
