$82 to play on dirt and mud… the areas that are watered turn to swamp, the rest is dirt. Hit your ball in the middle of the fairway, on dirt.. don’t pay for the cart, you can’t drive it anywhere but t... Continue »

Out early on an overcast morning. Have to agree with the prior review, that this course has greatly improved over the past several months. Kudos to the maintenance staff for their efforts, as the impr... Continue »

Played at Rancho Goose Poopquin on 4/27. POP surprising good, 4:10 mid day.

Quite an improvement out here. It is still RSJ, don't confuse it with Goose Creek despite the abundance of geese. Greens ... Continue »

Played Rancho San GoosePoop on 1/13. Not as muddy as I would have expected, especially given the guy leaving when I arrived who made it sound like you would need swim trunks to walk the course. Not tr... Continue »

Got out to RSJ on Thursday afternoon, 11/17/22, for my first round in a month on a mostly sunny, pleasant day without too much wind on the front, and dropping away as we played the back nine and darkn... Continue »

Played RSJ on 10/25. Conditions are very hit and miss, but not bad for an inexpensive round.

Greens are nice but way too soft. Huge ballmarks, many unrepaired, many poorly repaired. Footprints in t... Continue »

I've been a RSJ apologist for a while. Sure its not that interesting... or in good condition (to be fair the new owners/crew seem to be working in the right direction)... but its a good location and w... Continue »

Played as a single at 1pm, with low expectations for the course… They had 5 fairways at cart path only… it’s good to know they are still trying, as the fairways elsewhere are very spotty, with a wide ... Continue »
