Boy for orange county being in a drought, Now i know why. Westridge stole all the h2o and put it on the fairways. This course was drenched, standing water everwhere, in cluding the sand traps. Greens were terriable but just punched so that really isn't a fair assesment of the greens. Not sure why but they paired a fourth with us after 9 holes. A little unusal but ok finished in four hours.

Greens are bumpy, fairways has some brown spots, tee boxes are okay, and the pace of play is slow...

Played this morning Sat 9/1 to prove that what everybody said negatively about this course, it turned out it is so f%@k in true. This golf course is a joke. Thank God I only pay $55 not $84. First, the tee box is not representing $84 golf course, second, fairway is sucks...every hole there's always bare or no grass. Third, when your ball get to the bunker...good luck...the bunker never been raked. Fourth, the french...is same as fairways....Sucks...sucks...sucks... THE ONLY GOOD THING IN MY OPINION IS ONLY THE GREEN!...I NEVER PLAY THIS GOLF COURSE AGAIN.....!!! IF THIS GOLF COURSE STAY IN BUSINESS 5 YEARS FROM NOW....I WILL BE SURPRISE.....!!!

I played Westridge on Saturday and I have to mention something I didn't notice in the prior reviews. They have RUINED the best whole on the course. The fourth hole, which used to be a great par four, has been turned into a cupcake of a par five. They also turned the fifth hole from a par five into a par four. STOOOPID!

As for course conditions, many of the fairways are grassless in large part, often leaving players who miss the fairway with better lies.

They seem to be cutting the greens higher and, though they roll slower, this will probably preserve them through the current heat wave.

I'm just stunned that they would mess up the best hole on the course.

Played Tues. 8/21, Tee'd off @ 6:50 am. First time, was a little dissapointed in the playing conditions of the course after hearing so many good things about this course. They had watered so much and were still water while we were playing that the fairways were either muddy and wet (iron shots resulted in getting muddy and soaked)or casual water so every tees shot was a Splash!
It wasn't untill the back nine that things seem to some what dry out! Alot of the fairways were thin and very hard and the greens seem to have alot of divot marks which made putting a challange. I liked the layout and the challange of the course, tough but fair. Thank goodness we were using a coupon, sure would have been upset paying full price for a course that isn't as nice as some muni courses. I want to give them another try, but not right a way. Shot my handicap and never really had to wait, played in @ 4 1/2 hrs.

Have not played here for a couple of months. Conditions were not as good when I last played there. The greens were green but needed to be rolled and cut smoother. Front 9 pretty bumpy, back 9 much better. Also the fairways were aerated with plugs all over the place on a lot of the fairways...I wish they told me ahead of time. Best thing was the pace of play we started at 925am and finished in 4 hrs flat. Hope they can get the greens and fairways back in shape.

The greens were punched 3 days ago. The front 9 greens were smooth but back 9 were bumpy but playable. Some fairways were wet. Overall reasonable for $84 green fee on a Saturday.
