Went out Sunday around noon w/some buds, $70 using Creek card. Round took 4:45 with a bit of waiting on back nine due to a broken down cart and clientele who were POP challenged. Surprised to see some thin areas in several fairways and a few crusty bunkers which marred what is normally a well maintained OC course. Greens still in great shape minus a few to many unrepaired ball marks, rolling true and good pace. Grass range and great chipping area.

Teed off at 3:40 today 7/15. Conditions were a little different than usual, fairways were a little bit on the long side, but still very full and lush, seemed like the ball was sitting down alot though. Greens were extremely firm, didn't hold shots at all, but were running much faster than normal so that was nice. Pace of play was a little slow but it was a Sunday and we finished so no complaints.

Been a while since I've played the Creek and was glad I did: just a beautiful day and the course is in great shape, tee to green. As mentioned previously, there are too many ball marks on some greens (#5 was the worse): the only negative comment I'd give it. Just love the back nine, first time playing the tips today ... some holes just play a bit longer is all ... except the tee shot on #14 looking down to a postage stamp green (see pic posted in GK Forum) which really made you pucker up. Some verticutting and fairway punching going on a few holes, nothing to drastic. Great food afterward in the restaurant ... get the Creek Card to save $$$. Recommended.

Course conditions are great. Fairways and rough were good. Only problem is the greens. too many ball marks on the greens. i fixed 6-12 per hole because people just dont fix their ball marks. can get distracting in your putting.

First off Monday morning - very crowded! Lots of maintenance to deal with as well. Always enjoy playing here, staff was as usual - very accommodating. Condition was nice, but with all the maintenance, sprinklers, etc, a bit distracting.

For whatever reason they had #9 tee closed ???

Course was in great shape, especially the fairways. Greens were good but some old ball marks made it a little bumpy. Pace was slow in the afternoon, took a little over 5 hours. Tee boxes were a little better than usual. Sand traps were good. Overall good shape and a good time.

Played Tijeras Creek soon after Torrey Pines South. I stopped by on my drive back to LA on 6-26 afternoon. Didn't have a tee time reservation. I showed up at 1,50pm and they let me go at 2pm joining a threesome.
I found myself playing with GK member asti1019!!
First time for me and I was very curios to play TC.
Conditions overall are good, some of the fairways have repaired divots and several greens are plenty of ball marks. Par 3 tee boxes have divots damages.
Layout is great, I really enjoyed playing Tijeras.
Back 9 are absolutely my favorite and totally different from the front 9.
It is like playing two different courses in one.
Pace of play 4.5hrs but it would have been less the 4hrs if we didn't have a really slow slow foursome in front of us.

Played 6/5/12 @ 3pm twilight and man it was worth every penny! Conditions were great! Tee boxes were even for the most part, nothing too bad. Fairways were great! Rough won't penalize any wayward tee shots. Sand was nice and fluffy. Greens were rolling great, a few unrepaired ball marks here & there. Overall a great experience, I wish I lived closer. The Creek card is a wonderful thing! $40 twilight rate if you have it.

Great customer service in the clubhouse as was able to get me out right away and played with a couple of young golfers who knew the course.
The course looked great to me and played very fair. I was a bit intimidated by the closeness of the homes on the front side and was able to let it loose on the backside. Very good design of holes that allowed for good landing areas and aiming targets. Greens were slower because of lateness in day, but they look in great shape.

Would be willing to play again with my buddies and be able to enjoy the course and play.
