Played on Friday 11/5. Good value. Greens are in very good condition. I think some of the low reviews are not warranted. It is wet in the morning, but it's desert, so that's expected to weather the afternoon heat.

Best thing about this course is the views (180deg ocean views everywhere). Other than that, not really worth the green fees. Great condition, but the layout isn't all that interesting. Unfairly difficult (every tee shot has trouble in front that you have to carry, and trouble to the right and to the left). Problem is, if you hit an errant tee shot, it's in a hazard, and you have to take a penalty...target golf.

One of my favorite courses in SoCal, considering rate, condition, layout, scenery. You can't beat what you get for the price. Course is always in pretty good condition, greens roll fast and true, the views are scenic and serene, and the price is right.
