I love this course. Played 3-30-09 It is always well maintained and the price is always right. I don't know why it doesn't get more play except for the remote location. It is a fairly easy course with enough challanges to keep it interesting. Pace of play has always been good when I have played. Some huge sand traps and lots of room to try different things. One of the best values in SoCal.

We played before the Super Bowl. Its a fun course. The greens are a great shape. The fairways and rough have some bare spots but for the price its completely worth it. The tees are flat and finding a spot to tee from is easy. Its not a long course, but from the Tournament tees its a fun test.
The staff was really friendly. Its was crowded and the pace was still great.
Compared to the garbage you get in this price range like the LA City courses this place blows them away!

Played here for $39 on a Saturday morning. This course is a hidden gem. Nice greens, fairways green, patchy in spots but look like they will be excellent by springtime. Although lined by houses, they don't (shouldn't) really come into play. Course is fairly short and forgiving winding through the hills north of Hemet. It's nice to play a course once in a while that doesn't beat you to death on every hole. Some nice picturesque elevation drops from the teebox to the fairway are on this course. Good pace of play.

2nd time I've played in the past month. Tee boxes are excellent. While fairways are still in process of reseeding over they have improved andiI would rate them as good but the players should start repairing their divots. The greens were soft with foot prints but overall they held good shots and rolled true. The bunkers though are still inconsistent and below average and its time to replace or repair the golf carts. First time I have made through a round without having to call for a replacement cart.

Played Dec. 29. The course is in good shape, greens are smooth and cut fast. The greens are a little soft so spike marks make it tough around the cup. The rough is full of bad lies because the grass is sparse there, but I guess if you don't like it, don't hit it there. This course is pretty easy with a 110 slope for the white tees. I found a $32 weekday special on their website. The clubhouse staff are great and work to get everyone out as soon as they can, but the starter is a little moody and thinks he's in charge I guess.

This is a fun course that has wide fairways, true greens, and spectacular views of the the San Jacinto mountains and the Hemet Valley. Mix in reasonable rates and we have a good deal.

This is a fun course that has wide fairways, true greens, and spectacular views of the the San Jacinto mountains and the Hemet Valley. Mix in reasonable rates and we have a good deal.

Hemet Golf Club doesn't play long (approx 6200 yds from the blues). Only two of the par 4's are over 400 yds and the par 3 holes are not very long or intimidating. You can score well here and the the track seems to be protected from the wind. The rough is pretty thick in some spots which caused me some trouble.

The fairways are thin in some areas, the greens do have some divot damage, and a few of the holes seem very similar to one another but overall this is a good track for those who want to pay a modest green fee aren't looking to get beat up by a golf course.
