Played on 5-21-12 at 7:00 am and found the course in great overall shape. Greens were fantastic, however, the bunkers were mostly void of sand. Most were wet, some had standing water in them and those that didn't looked like wet cement. In spite of the bunkers, the course was great, never had to wait on any shots the whole round. Had a 5' rattlesnake in the middle of the 7th tee box. A playing partner nearly stepped on it as he walked onto the tee box while looking at his GPS. It slithered into a bush to the right of the tee box and apparently remained there as we could see other golfers looking at the bush while we were on the 8th green. Will NOT be searching for any balls that are in the bushes!

Course is in very good condition, not really any bare spots and the greens rolled nice. Pace of play was wonderful especially for a saturday morning. The only minor complaints were the bunkers were very thin and the practice green was much faster than the regular green so that threw me off on the first two holes. Very good course and well worth the money and drive, I love the layout and its gorgeous!

Simply put, go play here today! As a part of my golf course rotation in the inland empire, Hidden Valley is my fave. This course has a perfect mix of hard and easy holes all wrapped up in a setting in which nature abounds. Deer, coyote, hawk, goose and rattlers might distract you from your mission to make that shot.
The fairways and greens are lush and well maintained. The bunkers are a little thin, but playable. Some of the tee boxes are uneven. The greens are almost perfect, save for the dings players don't fix, and roll true-my guess is that they are about a ten on the stimp, and very challenging.
I get excited as I curve around Hidden Valley Parkway when the panorama of the course comes into view- emerald jewel blankets of green set among hidden and mystifying hills.

Play @ 11:30 am yesterday as 3some. Course is in beautiful shape. Bring extra balls...are there are many hazards on this course. Greens were fast and fairways and rough in good shape. Bunkers could use some sand and tee boxes...are still uneven and shaggy. Pace of play was 5 hours..with no marshall in sight. We saw the cart girl twice. Heavy winds in the afternoon maybe this a brutal test of golf. Customer service was pleasant.

Course is in great shape. Greens are true and fast. Fairways are lush with little to no hardpan noted. Very little if any brown areas. Rough is fair and very lush maybe 1 to 3 inches. On the first tee at 10:15 am 4/10/12 finished the round about 2:30 little over 4 hours, groupings were really spread out today made for a good and fun round no waiting, and to top it off very little wind at all today. My only complaint today were the cart girls, saw them just once on the fourteenth hole!
GET OUT AND PLAY IT GOLFERS ITS A GREAT TRACK!!!!!

Played yesterday and the course was in great condition. This is by far the best value for your money of any course I have ever played, and maybe one of my most enjoyable rounds. I played from the blacks and they really added some distance here, especially on holes directly into the wind. Course was in great condition, very green fairways and greens were awesome. The course was busy but not overcrowded but the pace of play was a little slow a little under 5 hours (mainly due to the fivesome in front of us). The views from some of those elevated tee boxes are amazing and the layout really makes you plan your shots. Do yourself a favor and check out Hidden Valley if you haven't already. But not too many of you, because I want to have a decent pace of play:)

Best condition I have seen this course in years. Very impressed with the greens and traps. Some of the fairways were a bit thin, but given the time of year and the amount of rain we've had, can't be too critical. Overall, very nice shape.

Had not played here for a little while - appears they took a lot of the vegetation out from certain areas on the course to allow better visibility as well as allow the balls to bounce back into the fairways. ie: #9 right side

Not my favorite course, but always a challenge, particularly when played from the "tips" Had a good time, played well, and got around quickly - about all one can ask for.

Played Friday Feb 24th Guy behind the counter was unorganized. Greens on front 9 were a little bumpy, back nine rolled smooth. Tee boxes were OK. Fairways were starting to get a little bare. Sandtrap as usual were sparse of sand. Some of the holes the white tee boxes were on the red tees, not sure why. Most of the sideways hazards have been cut down, it made a few of the holes look less demanding. Over all ok day.
