What a course! Beautiful location and layout. There were few times when we got lost trying to find the hole but the GPS system helped us out. Almost every shot has a ravine or hazards so bring plenty of balls or find yourself searching for balls in the OB areas. Well worth the money, but not for beginners. It may even leave intermediate players wondering why they picked up golf in the first place.

First time to play this course. The greens had been aerated recently and was not told this when I made the tee-time. The course has a lot of elevation changes which is interesting to play once but not the type of course that I would want to play on a regular basis.

This course is beautiful and challenging. If you can keep your shots in the fairway you'll be fine. Otherwise, bring an extra dozen balls!!

Played 18 this morning before the rains came. What a great course especially for the budget conscious golfer ($45 w/cart). I'm very impressed with the layout: elvation changes along with great greens makes this course a must. Out-ranks Temuku, Red Hawk and Eagle Glen, and certainly a great value course compared to all the Orange County courses. Well worth the drive. Highly recommended before they tear it down. Course is in great shape although there are some patches of water on a few fairways.

I hope they dont close, had a really nice day,fast pace and very good conditions,maybe a water main or something broke,kinda wet in a couple of fairways but all the good golf courses have problems left over from the rain. we will play again just in case its really true this time. greens are terrific and scenery is outstanding.

Course is in excellent shape although there are still some wet areas in the fairways (hole #2 & 3 for example). Greens are fast but hold well. Played on 3/12 Saturday (9:50 tee time) and teed of 30 mins late due to fog and only played 9 holes because of slow play. It took 3 hours to complete 9 holes so we got a refund for the back 9. It's too bad because conditions were great. When it's this foggy you don't get the awesome views from the tee boxes.

The greens were a lot slower than I remember! The course was in very nice shape. The weather forecast was for rain, but it was sunny and dry.... but the course was empty, except for a few twosomes. (which played as slow as a foursome) While not a long hitter, I always play the "tips" because this course offers some great visual delights and some of the holes from the tip are "monsters". Tough to score from the blacks, but still fun.

Really enjoyed this course, looking foward in coming back. Course has recovered nicely from the rains. Tee boxes were some what unlevled. Fairways were nice. Sandtraps need some more fluff, as a result of the erosion from the rains. Greens are tough, some fast and other holes slow. The scenery was awwesome, with hawks and roadrunners. Too bad this course will become new homes in the future. Pace 4 hours on a weekday. Play smart or bring a extra sleeve of balls. If it gets windy you will be in trouble. Good 7.0 course
