Greens are fantastic for this course - rolling quick and firm. Areas of course that were once dry and dead are back to life. Played in 3 1/2 hours and one of my most enjoyable rounds ever at this course. Definitely will be back again and again. Not your longest or most challenging, but still a great place to play if you live in the area.

They advertise grass driving range but the mats were out today. Practice green rolls true to the greens on the course. The greens here today were outstanding. Fast! Everything else was dormant. It was crazy yellow everywhere, but the greens were GREEN. pace was slow. Saw drink girl a couple times. Fun and worth the two for one.

Golf course has new ownership and they are making some strides to improve conditions. Nice golf course for the money. Nothing truly exciting about the golf course; no wow moment. Course is located in residential neighborhood and is a typical late 70's early 80's residential golf design. Majority of the course is very playable. A couple of holes are a little tricky but all in all what you see is what you get. Greens were nice and this seems to be the biggest improvement so far.

Played Legends (Temeku Hills) for the first time on Saturday, 11/19. Definitely a fun layout. Lots of elevations changes and doglegs, with a nice mix of challenging and scoring holes. The par 3's were fairly long, but the course made up for it with some shorter par fours and fives. Tee to green, I'd rate the conditions as slightly above-average. The course was a little on the brown side but it didn't effect play or the way the ball rolled out on shots. As others have said, the greens were outstanding. Every putt I hit rolled true and the speed was consistent from green to green. Quite a few multi-tiered greens as well, so a premium is placed on club selection and approach placement. Overall, it was a great experience and definitely worth the rates they're currently charging. Recommend.

I played the course for the first time on Sat., Nov. 19. My feelings about the staff were somewhat mixed. I was greeted in the pro shop by a very friendly and courteous attendant. However, my warm up session was cut short by the starter. He indicated that I was on the tee so I hurried over to the first tee only to find another group on the tee with a group just reaching the fairway. After teeing off, there weren't any groups behind us for a couple of holes....so why did the starter rush me??!! Anyway, except for the greens, most of the course was on the brown side but play was unaffected. Some of the tee boxes were a bit chewed up but most were level. I was in a few bunkers and each had good coverage. What impressed me most about this course was the quality of the greens. They were very green and rolled true. They were probably the finest greens that I've putted on in quite awhile. I enjoyed the layout of the course and look forward to playing the course again. There were several holes which had blind tee shots and some local knowledge would've helped significantly. The next time I'll know where to aim. :)

Played The Legends on 10/25/11. Greens are almost healed. I spoke with Nick on the phone when making the reservation and he mentioned they had aerated 13 days ago and were almost in full recovery. I was impressed how honest and professional he was on the phone as most clubs would just book the time without mentioning course conditions, rather focused on just taking your CASH!!! Played early, and was greeted by friendly staff including their starter George. Hooked up with another single who happened to be a member there and as we played he mentioned all the positive changes that had taken place since the new management took over about 5 months ago. Had good lies in the fairways (when I hit them) and greens rolled good. By Grand Opening which I heard was November 5 and 6 they should be perfect. Bunkers needed some improvement, but understanding with so much going on with renovations, things will take time. Will be back soon and look forward to more positive changes!!!

Played Sunday in a nice fundraising tournament. First time playing here under old or new ownership. The greens were the best part of the course. The course has some nasty rough areas in play albeit along the perimeter of golf course and property lines. It was in decent shape tee to green but the perimeters and the bunkers were unkept and unpleasing to the eye. If and when the place gets detailed from hole to hole it will be much more appealing visually. Not sure what the normal green fee is but(due to the fact I played in a fundraiser tournament) would pay 25-50$ to play. Some nice water features throughout course. New owners could make a big difference if..............

Played here on 9/10/11 because of the good reviews seen here. Thank you GK! Temeku was in outstanding condition tee to green. I played with another single and we finished in under 4 hours! The course is really nice with lots of short par 4s, some well placed water and doglegs. The staff was friendly as well. I will definetly be back!
