Played here 12/2/15 my first time here and it was a pretty awesome experience. Course layout was pretty awesome, its just a fun course. Every hole is different in its own ways.. challenging in its own ways. the greens coming down hill were quick.. their range was decent, wish they would have had grass instead of matts. Their customer service was great, real nice people working that course. Ate at their restaurant and their waitress was very nice, and their food was great at a real good price. I had an awesome time definitely will be golfing here again.

Played Glen Ivy 11-23. Course was in good shape overall. The tee boxes had been overseeded recently resulting in all tee markers being grouped together either where the white tees or gold tees would normally be found resulting in the course playing under 6000 yards. The fairways were tight with some being more dormant than others, but just because you may see brown, doesn't mean there's no grass - there is! The tee boxes were shaggy due to the fresh overseed, and have yet to be cut. The greens were in great shape and rolled quick, especially if you were above the hole. There were lots of very wet areas both on the tee boxes as well as around the greens - I'm talking wet enough to be considered casual water. Some of the bunkers were pristine, but others looked like rock quarries. But overall, a very nice golf experience, especially using the Greenskeeper.org 2 for $60 coupon (which is good through the end of December).

Played Sun.9-27. Got a rate of $39 on their website. Not bad for weekend morning at prime time.

Tee boxes are a mixed bag some level and lush and some beat up with lots of divots.
I was in two green side bunkers and both were lacking sand.
The fairways were quite nice. Lush with very few dry spots and very nice to hit from.
The greens were the biggest disappointment. Quite a few showed signs of a fungus with blotchy areas that made for inconsistent putts.
After the round I spoke with the bartender and he said the course is in receivership.He said the last owners are in jail! No one is sure what is going to happen here in the near future. I really hope they work things out, would hate to see another course close.
Considering the current state of things it was an enjoyable round. i have always like the layout here and the staff is very professional .

I hadn't been here for awhile and the course is in good shape. Except for the water around 16 all the ponds or lakes were quite full of water. 2 nice storms helped refill and the waterfalls were all working. Fairways were nice and I had nice lies in all of them. Rough was a mixture of hit and miss, sometimes grass and sometimes patches of dirt but that's what the drought and the rough give you. The greens were soft and receptive but nice and quick. I will be back.

Played Glen Ivy today for the first time. Beautiful course. Had an 8:08 tee time...got off as a 4-some on time and POP was pretty decent, about 4.5 hrs. Rate was $75.

Overall, very interesting track. Challenging, tons of elevation changes, and lots of interesting holes. For the walkers, like I am...not unless you're a masochist! Hundreds of uphill yards between holes. Local knowledge is definitely helpful, but the guy in the proshop gave me a free yardage book, so that made things easier.

The tee boxes were a mixed bag. Some holes were shaggy, others were nicely mowed. The fairways were the highlight for me. Nice coverage, good lies. The rough was challenging. Many a ball was swallowed from our group.

Now, the greens. Greens make or break a course for me. These were a bit disappointing. Not awful, but more than once I found myself saying 'the greens are a problem.' For $75, they should've been better. The biggest issue, which falls upon all of us, was the unacceptable amount of unrepaired ball marks. I had to clean up my lines all day. Once cleaned up, the greens rolled really well. I made lots of putts, but it was a lot of work!

I would recommend Glen Ivy (or Trilogy?) Lots of fun to be had, and some really great golf holes. Who doesn't love blasting a drive off a 150 foot cliff on 18?? Full rack rate is pushing it, but I'll be stepping up for my next helping in the near future.

My first time here at Trilogy, I mean Glen Ivy, went off at 10:15AM with a 4:30 PoP in a match play event with the Dawgs. From the blues, most long hitters will leave the driver in the bag ... my drives average 250 and I am fairly straight so I was playing driver/wedge on most par 4's and driver/3 metal/sand wedge to the par 5's. There are a couple longer par 3's to make it fair. There are some very nice views and points of interest on this course, it's tucked up in the canyons of Corona, scenic stuff with lots of up and down (walking would be a bear) ... the 18th tee must be 150 feet above the fairway. I enjoyed the layout, similar to it's neighbors: the Retreat but not as penal, and E-Glen but not as flat/boring. Conditions were mixed as the fairways were dry and firm with decent coverage ... I never had a bad lie in the short grass. Rough about the same, mostly cut short but long enough to keep you focused. Bunkers are abysmal here ... dry, rocky, crusty ... just terrible 'sand' if that's what they want to call it. Really, the only knock against the course. Greens were great, cut low and medium/fast, mostly good rolls all day. I'll be looking for deals and will come again for sure. It's a step above the other two courses I mentioned in the same area ... just wonder why it took me so long to play here. Recommended.

Course very playable, fairways do not look nice but ball sits up good, Bunkers I was in had plenty of sand, however raking was an issue for players. Greens on 14 and 17 had a few
areas where the aeration sand was still present. A few greens were bumpy but overall rolled
well. The group made a lot of putts, so that is a good measuring stick. Staff was Friendly. POP was great until we hit 16. It must of taken an hour to play the last 3 holes. I actually think its typical here for the back to take longer to play, its very scenic and more difficult of the nine, so be prepared to hit the brakes! Worth the Price at $35. Another week and they'll be good to go. Tees and rough were pretty good. Can't comment on bunkers. Fairways were firm and fast. Course was packed but POP was just a tick under 5 hours and we never really waited more than a minute or two on a given shot. Good flow to the round. Customer service was excellent. Gotta love the ego boost when launching your drives on #16 & #18 (375 yds and 370 yds respectively).
