Played 6/16 after work for $15. Course seems to always maintain the same playing conditions never worse and never better except for the greens which were in good shape but slow and soft. Pace of play was good until the 12th hole when we came up on a couple walkers that probably decided to start on the back because I did not see them at all on the front. They were extremely slow and I decided to leave after 15 because of their pace. For $15 after 4pm is a good deal though and if the course isn't extremely crowded you can finish all 18 in the summer. Players beware, a twosome plays every Thursday at 5pm and they are painfully slow and do not care about pace of play. I have played behind them many times and they have made for 3 hour 9 hole rounds with no one in front of them so get out before 5pm on Thursdays!

Played on a Friday afternoon. This course has gone downhill. Greens were OK. Fairways were in poor shape. Bunkers were horrible. The only good point is that it was only $20.00 including cart on a Friday afternoon. Maybe they should charge $30 and put some money into the course. Also, several groups looked like they never played golf before and there was no marshal to help. Avoided that by skipping a hole here and there. Don't know what is going on out there but it has gone downhill as far as course conditions in about one year.

This course is finally turning around for the better. Greens were in great shape. Been a few years since they been this good.
Well worth the price. And staff was great!

Played 4/16/11. Decided to play an easy local course so I could take my wife out with me and since it has been over 2-1/2 months since I have played. First off it was pretty hot out today so luckly there are alot of trees on this course to keep cool under between shots. Showed up, guys in the pro shop are really cool and professional and told me that we would be teeing off behind a Jr. tournement and that they were only playing 9 holes. I was not told about this tournement when I made my tee time but they were only gonna play 9 holes so no big deal right? WRONG! There were probably 6-8 kids and 2 adults that were the last group off the tee before us, yes 6-8 kids in one group and many groups in front of them. It took us about 30 mins at least to play the first hole. Same thing for the second hole. Lets just put it this way, it took over an hour and 15 mins to play the first 3 holes so I went to the pro shop and asked for a refund and they gave it to me with absolutley no problems which I am very thankful for. As for the course itself, Tee boxes are always pretty decent, uneven but level enough in most areas to get a decent stance. Fairways were ok as well as the rough. The rough did have some saturated/floody areas though. Bunkers, I land in one in those first 3 holes and it was pretty crusty on top but fairly soft under that, alot of small little rocks too. Greens I was told were punch 3 weeks ago and they are recovering nicely but they are very slow and still have sand all over them. This course always has sand and small pebbles on there greens though so I'm sure it'll be like that next time I play there as well. For those who haven't played here, Driving Range is Irons only, Driving Range can come into play on a bad shot on holes 1 and 2, stay left on hole 3 and if they run the same deal as last year it was $10 to ride on weekdays after 5pm so I would play after work and get in 9-18 holes depending on how pace of play is.

Played on Sunday. Time time was at 11:18 AM, didn't tee off until about 11:50 (now I was teed off.) Greens were really bumpy. Missed a lot of putts that should have went in because of the bumpy greens. Pace of play was really bad. Didn't finish 18 until 5:25 that afternoon. Hope after the aeration on the greens later this months they plan on rolling them. Sand traps were really all really bad too. Hardly any sand in them, very hard and a lot of rocks. I like the track but it just needs some work.

Played at 7am on 2/27. Freezing but we played anyway for rock bottom price of 30 w cart. Good deal. Pace was 4-4 1/2hrs. Course was in good shape. Tee boxes are real bad along with the sand traps,hard... Continue »

Played at 7am on 2/27. Freezing but we played anyway for rock bottom price of 30 w cart. Good deal. Pace was 4-4 1/2hrs. Course was in good shape. Tee boxes are real bad along with the sand traps,hard with no sand in them. The greens make up for it. smooth and roll nice. Stop on a dime as well. Book at the course and save yourself the fee from CFTT or Golf Now.

Played on Sunday (10/31) with a morning tee time. Let's start with the positives; the staff could not be more friendly, they were outstanding. Overall the course was in decent shape with he few exceptions I will note below. The fairways were nice, the rough was good and the greens, while slow were in really good condition for something that gets this much play. The price was unbeatable really, $25 with cart for a Sunday morning round is fairly unbeatable but ................
The round was slow, slow, slow. I have never seen three groups backed up on the 18th tee box trying to tee off to finish a round until here. To start with the tee times were about 1/2 hour behind in the morning at 9:30 am due to a mens club event and it really didn't get much better all day. 5+ hours for a round of golf is not my cup of tea but then again it was only $25 which is why I suppose it was an over 5 hour round. Most of the tee boxes were bare or had a large amount of divots and the bunkers were fairly bad. I was in quite a few unfortunately and not only were they full of rocks but they were all harder than most of the paved roads. Overall the rest of the course was in good shape.

One of my favorite courses to play, because it is usually fast and in good condition. The greens were excellent as well the bunkers. However the tees have not grown in yet and are very thin, almost bare. Fairways were just OK. Teed off first light and zipped around the front nine, then got to #10 and there were people everywhere. (John in the shop said he didn't except much if any back nine play this date, Guess he was wrong!. Not having a cart, all I could do was skip a couple holes or sit behind foursome after foursome. My bad for not deciding to take a cart which would have allowed me to jump around on the back and get through all the groups. (Live and learn)
