Overall course was in good shape. Fairways were perfect!!! Greens were ok, aerated about 2 weeks ago. If you are wild off the tees, bring extra balls or go to the 3 wood. Bring your own refreshments, didn't see food/drink cart the ENTIRE DAY!!! Most importantly, keep it in the short grass and have fun.

This is a very good course for the area. While the layout and variety of the the holes is good, the closeness to home and condition of some of the holes are the qualities from making it an excellent course. Luckily, the email newsletter from the course provided a $10 discount on the green fee, otherwise, the course is not worth the rate that it charges. It should be closer to $40 rather than $70 for the weekend.
The course is set in an area that would appear to close down with any amount of rainfall, which is why the cost is higher than the quality of the course. The water, the hazards and the views of the course makes the Eagle Crest a better than average course. The marshalls were constantly providing updates on the slow play conditions (3 times on the front nine) and were very helpful in letting us know that it would clear up by the back nine.

I would like to play the course in the future for the right price. It is hard too believe that the course remains open much during the rainy season as many holes on the front nine are in low areas that creeks and small streams run fairly close to the course. This was just a few days after rain and it was quite muddy and had to remain on the cart path for almost half of the front nine holes.

Played this course last week based on comments from this site. The course is really laid out nice. Some beautiful back county views. Has a variety of challenges: water, slopping greens, wide and narrow fairways. Luckily, it was overcast and a breeze was blowing. This time of year you could bake outthere. The price is Right! A good value not far from the coast. The guy at the check in desk could have been more attentive. I had to wait while he was on a personal call. The starter was very helpful and friendly. I'll be returning again soon.

Played Saturday morning. Very fun course with lots of nice views. Pretty much a straightforward tee to green design with some fun holes mixed in. Bling tee shots, lakes, waterfalls, elevation changes... Fairways are pretty wide, but a few are narrow for risk-reward. Would play again, but will bring more water next time. It's hot out there.

This course is quite narrow. Most golfers could--and maybe should--play the course without ever using the driver. Lots of OB, so a stiff penalty for errant drives. The course was in average condition, with the greens better than average. The twilight rate is a steal at $26. If I lived in the area I'd probably play it regularly, but the hour drive is a bit too long. Plus, I like to hit the driver, and it's a bad decision to use it in most cases unless you can hit it straight consistently.

This place is for real.....the fairways are in good shape...bunkers are getting sand and I see some new tees gooing in.

I think this course is getting a bit too much hype. It's a nice course, but not great. You may hit a few houses on a few of the holes and it seems as though there is always a few angry golfers when I play there because of slow play. The conditions were okay and it took almost 5 and a half hours to finish. I didn't really notice any difference in the course since the change to the new Korean owner from American golf.

played this course after watching the buick. Overall the layout was pretty solid. However the greens and fairways were in so so condition. It seems most people have a difficult time remembering to repair ball marks so there were quite a few bumps on the greens.

Everything is dormant there now, I'm sure it will look more plus in a month or so. Can't beat the price $40 w/cart after 12, would play again
