I think this course is just going to get better with time.. I also think that they need to marshall a bit more

I agree with Jackmac. Rustic is one of my favorite courses around and I play it usually at "off hours" during the week and have NO PROBLEM getting around the course in 3.5 hours.

I have NEVER seen... Continue »

In response to the Rustic staff's comments about pace of play...

One of the best things that Rustic could do to improve pace of play is to get at least one or two more Marshalls on the course, and ... Continue »

Pace of play…

At Rustic Canyon we have always tried our best to keep the value of the golf course at or above everyone’s expectation level. To some people, “Value” is simply the course layout/cond... Continue »

The conditions were appropriate for the green fees. All fairways were green and groomed (if a bit long) without bare spots. Rustic Canyon provides a nice change-up to the strategy required on approa... Continue »

Tough course with harrowing greens....makes you think your shots out, worth the money, although not a walkable course.

1st time I've played it since it's had all 18 holes open. Looked great, great value for the price, especially if you are used to playing Muni courses. Always willing to pay a little extra for such goo... Continue »

overall, the course is playing good. there are some bare spots in rough, but the greens are rolling their best in months. a little slow getting around, 5 hours, but definitely worth playing.

Great place to play. Fairways are some of the best around. After two holes the group in front of us was two holes behind. We went around. Haven' seen a marshal on the course in . . . ever.

The longest round of the year. Over 5 and 1/2 hours. Had as many as four groups on some par threes waiting to tee off. Not one marshal in sight. Staff didn't seem to care much about either. Hope this ... Continue »
