A fair layout with good course conditions. They are heavily sanding greens at this time. Two were sanded when we played on March 27th. The bunkers were just firm enough and consistent. Will play again.

The course is in very good condition and is worth the price. Seniors start at 55 years old and you can walk for less than $30. A course with a lot of variety. On the first tee you have to wait until the group in front of you is on the green before teeing off. It worked. We seldom saw the group in front of us or the group behind us.

The fairways were in excellent condition. The greens were bumpy and lots of ball marks. They put out a fivesome in front of us and we had to wait for them a number of times. Pace of play was still OK. It was, as usual, a good experience.

The conditions were cool and a little breezy. The fairways were in good shape but a little hard. The greens were hard and fast. Not unusual for this time of the year. If at all possible you want to stay below the pin locations.

This course is a hidden gem. With Donovan Daily it played for $31.00 on a Friday. The fairways are in very good shape and the greens are undulating and fast. A great deal of variety on the holes with an island green on number 18. A lot of bunkers and many of the greenside bunkers are deep. Bring your short game.

Greens were more receptive, perhaps due to heavy rain lately. The rough is very short which is not normal but it is winter time. A good value.

Played the course on January 6th. As usual the course was in good shape. The staff was very friendly and the cost is very reasonable. My only concern was the hardness of the fairways. For now I will assume it was due to the time of the year. The word must be getting out on this course because it was busy.

The greens have always been one of the best features of this course. However, the last few months they have not been in the best of shape. A number of the greens have bare spots.

This is my local course and I play it a lot. There has been a lot of improvements lately that may have caused some of the problems with course conditions. However, the greens are not in the best of shape right now ( a lot of ball marks and some brown spots).

Played in almost perfect conditions. Temperature in the 70s and no wind. Several holes along the ocean and at times difficult to concentrate on the next shot. Too expensive to play on a regular basis but worth playing a least once.

The course was in excellent condition and we were able to play at our own pace which tends to be faster than normal.

Have been doing some construction work on the course but is now back to normal. The driving range is being improved.
