Since I hadn't seen anyone review recently, I played today on what turned out to be warm conditions. Nice pace of play in a little over 4 hours. The course has dried out well and the fairways rolled out nicely. The greens were really firm and it was tough to hold good iron shots making it much more tricky to get anything close. Go play!

Played on Friday morning on a beautiful day. The course is in very good condition with a few brown areas in the fairways but overall great lies to play from. The only issue I had was they had recently punched the greens with small holes and sanded them earlier in the week. When I called to confirm my tee time they didn't say anything about it. They rolled OK but were very slow. Give it a couple of weeks and they'll be great. I really like this course and the layout, very enjoyable.

Was up in the Bay Area and got to play Tilden Park on a beautiful warm clear day. Great course in the hills above Berkeley running through the redwoods. This a pretty tight course with some very narrow fairways and extremely hilly. The fairways were nice and green but very bumpy with many bad lies. The greens were the best part of the course in excellent condition. Go and enjoy this tricky layout.

Played on Sunday, 8/7 mid morning. Surprisingly it was not very busy considering the north course is closed and we were done in just over 4 hours. The course is not in great shape but what can you say, it's Torrey Pines with those spectacular views and quite the challenge. Everything was in good condition and although the greens don't look great they rolled very well. The fairways are in very good condition and the rough is tough as always and will cost you a stroke or two depending how deep it is. Overall an incredible value as a resident.

Played the morning of 6/11/16. The course is in excellent condition, very little to point out as any issues. The tees were excellent and the fairways were great as well as the rough. The greens were spotted in color as the bermuda grows in but they rolled excellently and were pretty quick. The service is excellent at this facility as well as offering a full locker room including showers if needed.

Played yesterday in cold & blustery conditions after the rainstorm Sunday night. The course is in very good condition especially the greens. Although the fairways are turning dormant they provide a good surface to play from. The rough is difficult as it's growing in tufts so you can get some difficult lies. We played in 4 hours as the course was rather empty.

Played yesterday morning with quite a bit of wind but the course is in excellent condition and I love the holes. The greens had been punched about 3 weeks ago and are in great condition. Although I only get out here once or twice a year the condition of the course will have me come out again soon before the summer heat.

Played the Classic course this morning and was surprised by the overall good condition of the course. The greems here are almost always very good but the fairways. rough, tees and especially the sand traps were all in very good condition. The sand in the traps was fluffy and dry and some of the best I've seen at many courses. The pace of play was also very nice at 4 1/2 hours with not waiting on any shots. Overall a great expereince today.

Played on Friday afternoon, 5/23. The course is in very good condition and the greens are in the best shape I've ever seen them here. The fairways were also very good. I really like the course layout here as every hole is unique and there is a lot of elevation change making for some interesting holes. My only concern is the pace of play and the lack of a marshall out on the course to keep an eye on things.

Played this morning at 9:30. The course is in reasonably good shape with the greens in excellent condition rolling very true and fairly fast. Tees were also in good shape. The fairways are a little scruffy but the bermuda will start growing now as the weather warms up.

Played early this morning and needed a long sleeve shirt to begin! Isn't fall golf great. The course is in very good condition overall. The greens were punched about 2 weeks ago and are recovering nicely, a little bumpy and slow but should be great in another 10 days. The fairways were in good condition and the sand in the bunkers is good. Some tee boxes were a little overgrown and not well maintained but overall they were fine. I really enjoy the setting of this course and the challenge.

Played this morning at 7:00 and finished in just under 4 1/2 hours. The course is in excellent condition, the fairways are green and lush, the rough is full and the sand traps are in good condition. The greens are soft and hold shots well and roll smoothly but are a bit on the slow side. If you figure out the speed they putt very nicely. As always the customer service is great. I always enjoy the challenge, layout and views at this course. They won't be aerating and overseeding until November so enjoy the great condition the course is in.
