Played 3/14 at 8 am. Played first hole in the fog but after #2 it all sun and 80 degrees for the rest of the day. Greens were very nice and smooth. Not to soft and held well. Fairways were typical, more than your fair share of bare areas and some mud balls but I've seen worse. Overall all, a pleasant Sunday with good friends.

Played on 2/28, this course drains extremely well. There were absolutely no puddles at all. It was very slow for the first 4 holes. After it picked up. They should think about switching the 9's to speed things up. Due to the short first hole everyone waits because its reachable.

Course was in good shape and the ladies at the counter were extremely nice.

Played 2/15, two members of our group were late but staff was very accommodating and let us start when everyone arrived. Course is in good condition. Greens rolled pretty well, people just need to fix there ball marks. Fairways were also in good condition. This course is not very long, but very challenging with some fun holes. I'd play here again.

Ya know, this course isn't in bad shape compared to other (i.e. Encino, Balboa). And, for $31 you get cart, breakfast (standard eggs, sausage, etc), and lunch buffet. Greens as always are firm, but a little shaggy. Fairways were in decent condition with a some bare spots and divots. The rain has helped tremendously.

Good value!

Played on 2/6. It never fails at this course, someone always tries to jump in front of our group. Doesn't matter if they call our name or not. Anyways, was a decent round. Fairways here are thin and hard. Greens were a bit bumpy and the round was long (5 1/2 hours).

We had made four consecutive tee times and the starter put a foursome (not ours) right in between our 1st and 2nd group. When I went to ask questions he shut the window on me. Other than that the course was in decent shape. Fairways were in good shape and greens were soft. The ball didn't carry for some reason so needed an extra club for many approach shots. Overall a nice x-mas eve round.

Played Upland 10/18. Greens were in great condition but almost too soft compared to normal Upland greens. Every tee box had top dressing and many were uneven. Fairways a little shaggy. Can't beat the 100 degree Oct heat!

Played Encino 10/5. Pace was good. Course was in the best condition I've seen this year. Greens and fairways were in good condition. Some bare spots in fairways but overall worth the green fee. Rates will be going up to 28.50 on Nov 1.

Balboa was actually in decent shape. Greens were soft and on the slow side but rolled pretty true. Fairways were pretty thin and the kikuyu long in some areas. Although this course is fairly short you still have to hit it in the short stuff to score well. Sand quality was inconsistent. Due to the heat maintenance was soaking every green throughout the day.

Our time was at 11:10 using the $75 email coupon. We did not have the coupon and no exceptions were granted so we paid $95. Terrible customer service. The desk said they couldn't even look up the name to verify. They must not be very computer literate. Anyhow, course was in fair condition, 90 degree rule, which was good. Greens were not lighting but in good condition. Everything breaks towards the city. Not worth the $95, $75 would have been worth it. Should have driven to Robinson Ranch or TPC Valencia for the $.

Wilson was hot today and very slow. Overall condition was fair, soft greens which held well but you had to hit it to the pin. Fairways were fair with some bare spots. Nice layout, similar to Harding. Traffic was horrendous on 110 south going home!

Played on 4/19. Fairways were in very good shape and greens were fairly fast. Green on #1 was actually slower than the rest of the greens. Our round was about 4.5 hours and we never waited at any tee. Only downside was someone picked hit our ball and then went to pick up theirs realizing they'd hit the wrong ball. They didn't even acknowledge, just got in their cart and drove away. A little course etiquette could be learned by many. Especially for those who play every weekend.
