This golf course offers many challenges. The wind was up and on a lot of holes because of housing ajacent to the course you do noit feel it on the tees or the fairways but it effects shots to the greens. This course is not getting a lot of play and you can get deals 48 hours ahead of time to play for $40.00 including cart on weekdays. I suggest if you live close and have never played there to go and try the course.

Simi Hills is an interesting layout. Water comes into play on many holes, well placed traps and course knowledge is a definite plus. The traps had bery little sand, the tee boxes were placed in such a way there were a lot of bare spots. The divots and non-reoaired ball marks on the green shows the people who play there are responsible to fix them. Too bad the course is fun and with proper help from the players and better sand in the traps it would have gotten a much higher rating.

A great test of golf. If you hit the ball straight you can score well. Lots of trouble, well located traps and the greens are deceptively fast. On a lot of holes you can get in trouble if you hit the ball too far. Great views of the Santa Clarita Valley. The service was like that at either a resort or private club.

An enjoyable round of golf. Sloping fairways, lots of sand, challenging greens with deceptive breaks. A course were you just can't grip it and rip it. Course management is a must. I recomend this course to everyone, but you must play it a tleast two or three times before you really enjoy it at its best

an old style golf course designed by the same people who designed Riviera. Sand traps in play every hole, plenty of trouble if you do not find the fairways off the tee, suttle breaks on the greens that are bigger than you expect, overall a good experience and a fun test of golf. A little pricee because it is a resort course but a must for anyone who can play there.

I played in Thebigdog's tournament 5/2. His tournaments are always a lot of fun. Knollwood ( for a public course) has four very challenging holes to start your round. Expect a 5 to 5.5 hour round relax and enjoy. It is worth the money they charge.

This course is rated top 50 in country best deals for less than $50. I have played there numerous times and is one of my favorite courses to play at. When the wind is blowing it becomes 10 times harder. The greens for slower than usual. This course have about 6 or 7 holes that if you can not consistently hit your drives over 200 yards do not play the blue tees. Well worth the money a totally enjoyable round of golf.

Not worth $43.00, course only plays a little over 5000 yards from white tees yet it took over 4.5 hours to play. No Marshalls to keep the pace of play moving. People who play there \have little or no golf etiquitte. Numerous times in swings over over putts there was shouting going on. Many holes have roads with traffic nearby and at least three times cars going by blasted their horns during swings. I will never play there again.

I enjoy playing here. It is a fair test of golf. Course knowledge is a definite must. Course was not in great shape, however it is a city course and for the amount of play this course is better than the LA city courses.

This is a wonderful test of your golf game. The speed of play is great and you have to be able to use every club in your bag. A links style golf course inland

3 different nines. I played creek and the oaks. Very good test of golf. The Inn and it's amenities are wonderful. They have a stay and play package that is great.

Best shape I have seen in years. This course is a very fair test of ones golf game. However they need to only put out 8 groups an hour instead of ten and not allow 5somes. This would speed play up a lot.
