Had a great round at the GK event. Other than playing with two fractured and one dislocated bone in my foot it was awesome. The course was in really good shape but on 3 or 4 occasions I was on a bare patch. My playing partners were awesome and I always like seeing Dave. He is a passionate golfer. Also Burt and Johnny were fun and supportive of me hobbling all over the golf course.

Early the greens were very receptive to shots, but as the day progressed the greens firmed up and it was hard to even make a wedge shot stay. I hit a few wedge shots that bounced and went behind the green. I look forward to being back next year on two good feet. It is a treat to play and the layout is challenging but still fair.
