Used to be in better condition. I think they let it go in the winter months. Anyhow, great value if you get the discount emails. Paid $50 with cart for 11:30 tee time. Usually pace of place is decent, at least better than OC muni courses. Not terribly long, not overly challenging. I like the layout though, and design is good. Some nice holes. There are 3 nines here. Played Ridge/Creek. Too bad they still have the temp club house still after all these years.
